The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office by managing various administrative tasks and supporting different departments as needed. This is a temp-hire opportunity, meaning that the selected candidate will have the chance to transition into a permanent role based on performance and fit within the company culture. The Office Administrator will be responsible for a variety of tasks that include meeting and greeting visitors, distributing daily mail, receiving and staging incoming packages, and handling incoming calls and other communications. The role also involves updating documents, word processing, organizing travel arrangements, and maintaining office supplies inventory. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to work with minimal supervision, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. In addition to the core responsibilities, the Office Administrator will assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, overseeing office equipment maintenance, and providing support to the Human Resources and Accounting departments as needed. This position requires a high level of discretion and confidentiality, as the Office Administrator will be privy to sensitive information. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm, and the role is 100% on-site, emphasizing the importance of being present in the office to facilitate communication and collaboration among team members.
