About the position

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator/Manager to join our team in downtown West Palm Beach, FL. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 per year. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of office operations. The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the office, overseeing various administrative tasks and supporting the overall operations of the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing human resources functions, payroll processing, billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. You will also be involved in vendor selection and contract administration, ensuring that all processes are executed efficiently and in compliance with company policies. Previous experience with BillQuick is highly desirable, as is experience working within an engineering or construction firm. Your leadership skills will be essential in guiding the administrative team and fostering a collaborative work environment. To be successful in this position, you must possess a Bachelor's degree and have a minimum of 6 years of proven experience in office management or a leadership-level administrative role. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is required, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and external partners.
