Additionally, you will take charge of the firm's calendar, scheduling important meetings, appointments, and court dates, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. In this role, you will manage relationships with vendors, keep the office well-stocked, and ensure all office equipment and facilities are in top shape. You will assist with budget management, monitor office expenses, and approve invoices with precision. Playing a key role in onboarding new team members, you will maintain personnel records and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. As the first point of contact for clients, you will manage inquiries and deliver top-notch client service. Furthermore, you will collaborate with IT to keep the firm's technology systems running smoothly and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Lastly, overseeing the management of legal records will be crucial, ensuring strict compliance with regulations and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with legal software systems.
  • A solid understanding of legal terminology and court procedures is a plus.
