As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting a dedicated team in caring for a wide variety of people, spanning all ages and all abilities. This position requires a warm smile and a big heart, as you will be interacting with clients and caregivers alike. You will be responsible for handling incoming client inquiry calls, completing home assessments for new clients, and providing exemplary customer service. Additionally, you will communicate regularly with clients and their families, handle administrative tasks in the office, and manage scheduling for clients and caregivers. This is an autonomous position, so we are looking for individuals that are self-motivated and willing to learn. Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming client inquiry calls
  • Completing home assessments for new clients
  • Providing exemplary customer service

  • Handling scheduling for clients and caregivers
  • Relating with caregivers and addressing any issues/challenges
  • Proficient with eRSP or willing to learn how to use the system

Requirements

  • Two years supervisory or management experience in a home care setting preferred
  • High school diploma
  • Developing personal relationships
  • Time management skills
  • Exemplary communication skills
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn
