About the position

The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks within the office, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with policies and legal requirements. This role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in accounting software, as well as effective communication abilities to support the hiring process and maintain employee records.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records including attendance and EEO data according to policy and legal requirements.
  • Prepare job descriptions, post ads, and manage the hiring process.
  • Post on social media to promote job openings and company activities.

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in office administration.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Self-starter and driven individual.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
