About the position

MobilityWorks is seeking a dedicated Service Administrator to join our team in North Las Vegas, NV. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive a warm and professional welcome as they enter our facility. Your responsibilities will include answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate personnel within the Service Department, ensuring that communication flows smoothly and efficiently. As a Service Administrator, you will also handle cashier duties for the Service Department, which includes processing payments and submitting warranties for services rendered. In addition to customer service and cashier responsibilities, you will be tasked with scheduling appointments for the Service Side, ensuring that all service requests are managed effectively and efficiently. This includes invoicing commercial clients and coordinating service valet pick-up and delivery, as well as managing service rental units. Your role is crucial in maintaining the operational flow of the Service Department and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Professionally greet customers when they enter the building.
  • Answer phones and direct calls professionally for the Service Department.

  • Coordinate service valet pick-up and delivery.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Organizational skills to manage scheduling and invoicing effectively.
  • Experience in an administrative role is preferred.
