About the position

The Office Administrator at Santoni Paulk & Glos LLC provides high-level administrative support and general office assistance for a CPA firm. This role is crucial in managing office operations, supporting accounting and tax practices, and ensuring efficient communication within the firm and with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares invoices, reports, memos, letters, and other documents.
  • Answers phone calls and directs calls to appropriate persons or takes messages.
  • Greets visitors and determines whether they should see specific individuals.
  • Performs general office duties, such as ordering supplies and maintaining records management systems.
  • Opens, sorts, and distributes incoming correspondence.
  • Supports accounting and tax practice with document and tax return assembly for various types of tax filings.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree minimum preferred.
  • 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and professional service firm experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop.
