The Office Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions at JW Floor Covering Inc. This position involves providing essential support to flooring installers, retail business partners, and customers, requiring a proactive and organized individual capable of managing various office tasks and maintaining effective communication in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, emails, and phone calls.
  • Assist with scheduling installations and assignments for flooring installers and contractors.
  • Maintain project documentation and work orders, providing information and updates to installers and contractors as needed.
  • Respond to inquiries from retail business partners via email or phone, collaborating with the management team for accurate information sharing.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally, providing product information and guidance.

Requirements

  • Bi-Lingual Spanish speaker is a plus.
  • Working experience in office administration, customer service, or related roles is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Comfortable using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and mobile tablets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
