Requirements

• Possess a valid driver's license with a reasonably clean record, enabling you to fulfill any driving responsibilities that may arise.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, enabling efficient data management and communication.
• Exhibit excellent time management skills and communicate effectively, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and information is conveyed accurately.
• Possess the ability to work independently, taking ownership of assigned responsibilities and delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and redirect them as necessary, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.
• Efficiently coordinate and dispatch tasks to the appropriate team members, optimizing operational efficiency.
• Support account management activities, providing administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations.
• Enter checks into the system and conduct deposit drop-offs at the bank, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
