Lyon Real Estate, a leading real estate company in the Greater Sacramento Region, is looking for dynamic and flexible individuals to fill the role of Office Administrator. This full-time position is based at one of our branch offices in Sacramento, where you will be an integral part of our team. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a structured environment that allows for a balanced work-life experience. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support the daily operations of the office. Your role will involve performing general office duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors and agents, and providing essential information to clients and staff. You will also handle mail distribution, order office supplies, and manage data entry and filing tasks. Additionally, you will process real estate listings and sales using the MLS and other internal programs, manage advertising requests, and assist in the orientation of new agents. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent communication skills. You should be detail-oriented and capable of interacting effectively with a diverse range of personalities, including the public, real estate sales agents, and office staff. Your ability to multitask and prioritize will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
