About the position

As an Office Administrator at Cambrean CPAs, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This position involves supporting the team with various administrative tasks and providing excellent service to clients, contributing to the overall success of the firm.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, including ordering supplies, receiving mail, managing office equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Greet clients, answer phone calls, and handle client inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Manage and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference calls for the team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Input and update client information in our database and accounting software.
  • Assist with internal and external communications, including email correspondence.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in an accounting or professional services environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with accounting software is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
