Sell My Rig is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient administrative processes. The role involves managing schedules, supervising staff, and providing support to the team in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering outstanding service to customers. Experience in medical office management is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, maintaining office supplies, and overseeing office equipment.
  • Supervise and train administrative staff, ensuring high levels of performance and adherence to company policies.
  • Coordinate payroll processes and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Plan and organize company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Handle phone systems effectively, managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately.
  • Assist with human resources functions including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files to ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Input and manage data in company systems with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Provide professional and friendly support to customers, addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks to ensure the office operates efficiently.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a medical office setting.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and schedule management.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in team management and supervising staff.
  • Proficient in event planning with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and communication tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude.
