The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of our office and providing support to the team. The Office Administrator will perform a variety of clerical tasks, manage inventory systems, assist with financial record-keeping, and prepare reports. Responsibilities

  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing and data entry.
  • Manage inventory system and place orders.
  • Assist with financial record-keeping, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Execute payroll.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an office administration role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (1 year preferred).
