Responsibilities

  • Answer calls from drivers and communicate with customers regarding delivery orders.
  • Complete required tasks using Microsoft Office systems (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Utilize web-based systems to complete various tasks efficiently.
  • Monitor driver teams remotely during shifts and address any exceptions in delivery and installation orders.
  • Perform paperwork and filing tasks, including general data entry and spreadsheet management.

Requirements
