Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls and emails, ensuring exceptional service.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers through clear communication and prompt issue resolution.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints, providing detailed information about products and services.
  • Manage and maintain the backend database, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
  • Accurately upload property information and review data for completeness.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and administrative projects to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure smooth shift transitions through thorough handovers.
  • Report issues or challenges to the supervisor as needed.
  • Perform other duties as required to support office functions and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Strong initiative and resourcefulness in problem-solving daily tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Mandarin and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; prior experience with CRM systems is an asset.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Demonstrates excellent memory and quick learning ability to adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
  • A team player who is passionate, enthusiastic, and committed to continuous improvement.
