The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that support our HVAC services. In this position, you will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls, providing information, scheduling appointments, and addressing inquiries. You will generate accurate and detailed estimates for HVAC services based on customer needs and pricing guidelines. Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers and vendors is essential, as you will ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Additionally, you will coordinate with HVAC technicians to schedule appointments, dispatch service calls, and provide necessary job information. Managing office administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records, will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, possess a strong background in the residential HVAC industry, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with generating estimates and managing vendor relationships preferred.
  • Spanish language skills preferred.
