Responsibilities

  • Provide a welcoming atmosphere for patients and visitors.
  • Answer phones and schedule appointments.
  • Collect patient payments and perform data entry.
  • Verify insurance benefits and ensure compliance with patient prescriptions and plans of care.
  • Obtain insurance authorizations and assist the Billing Department with deposits and corrections.
  • Maintain administrative documentation for new patients and outstanding payments.

Requirements
