About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of our office. This role is crucial in ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently, providing support to both staff and management. The Office Administrator will manage front desk activities, answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system, and create various documents such as invoices, packing slips, and commercial invoices. Additionally, the administrator will be responsible for filing invoices and purchase orders, coordinating shipping pickups with carriers, and maintaining both physical and digital filing systems. The Office Administrator will also handle payments for utilities, check mail, and coordinate vendor relationships while managing the office supplies inventory. Another key responsibility will be overseeing team schedules and assisting with schedule management. The ideal candidate should have experience with Sage, Office, and Excel, as these tools will be essential in performing daily tasks effectively. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for ensuring smooth office operations.
