About the position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and business. Your exceptional communication and organizational skills will be key in managing various administrative tasks and supporting the team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage various administrative tasks to support the team.
  • Process online and phone orders in Quickbooks.
  • Run customized reports in Quickbooks.
  • Purchase and print shipping labels.
  • Manage customers and vendors in Quickbooks Online.
  • Process sales tax quarterly.
  • Work with accountant quarterly and annually.
  • Order office supplies and factory supplies.
  • Answer emails.

Requirements

  • Basic bookkeeping experience required.
  • Highly proficient in Quickbooks Online required.
  • 5 years of experience in Microsoft Office required.
  • 5 years of administrative experience required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Proficient in file management and record keeping.
  • Knowledge of clerical procedures and office equipment.
