Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, as the Office Administrator will interact with various stakeholders, including management, field staff, and customers. Responsibilities

  • Participate in communications between management and field staff.

Requirements

  • Previous administrative assistant experience (1 - 2 years).
  • Prefer 1 - 2 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics/Great Plains.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Some accounting/inventory experience would be beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
