About the position

We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator for the Allstate Insurance Agency led by Jose Gomez in Chicago, IL. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $80,000 per year. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in leading a team of insurance professionals, ensuring that customers receive the best service possible while protecting their homes, cars, lives, and retirement incomes. The Office Administrator will be responsible for creating and implementing the agency's policies and procedures related to operations, benefits, compensation, morale, and staff development and training. This role is pivotal in maintaining the agency's reputation and fostering growth through positive customer relations, effective marketing programs, and lead acquisition. In this position, you will supervise personnel, create schedules, manage daily operations, and hold staff accountable to their performance goals. You will also assist in customer claims processing and resolution, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with care and professionalism. The Office Administrator will need to be highly capable of managing all business operations and will be expected to have some working knowledge of insurance and/or financial services. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task are essential for success in this role. Additionally, a passion for relationship building and a genuine care for fulfilling customers' needs will be key attributes for the right candidate.

Requirements

  • Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.
  • Ability to effectively lead and coach a team; management experience is a plus.
  • Highly capable of managing all business operations.
  • Must have some working knowledge of insurance and/or financial services experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
