About the position

The Office Administrator at YES Communities plays a crucial role in managing office operations and providing support to residents and the Community Manager. This position involves a variety of tasks aimed at maintaining a positive community environment and ensuring efficient office management. The Office Administrator acts as a brand ambassador for YES Communities, showcasing professionalism and a commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents, visitors, and vendors with inquiries/requests in person and via phone
  • Prepare and distribute resident correspondence
  • Administer office operations including maintaining files, office inventory, documentation processing, and scheduling
  • Input and schedule resident maintenance requests including work orders and home inspections
  • Collect payments from residents and assist with electronic payment set-up
  • Assist with the move-in/move-out processes as directed by the manager
  • Assist with planning and coordinating resident relations events
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-specific software products
  • A valid in-state driver's license is required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
  • Previous administration or customer service experience preferred.
