The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the design, manufacturing, procurement, and sales operations of the company. Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, including customer communications via email and phone.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and create quotations, invoices, and shipping documents.
  • Interact with Production, Engineering, and Management to process and communicate orders and status.
  • Purchase materials and supplies with an emphasis on delivery, cost, and inventory levels.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
  • Create procedures and processes for smooth operations as required.
  • Utilize accounting software for invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and sales.
  • Ensure compliance with customer quality and delivery requirements while maintaining a professional environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office administration or management roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to multi-task as requirements change.
  • Proficient in office management software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
