About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment and contribute to the smooth operation of daily office procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and placing orders.
  • Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assist with customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate activities related to purchasing from intent to purchase through delivery.
  • Keep track of records of purchases, including quantities, shipping information, and costs associated with the purchases.
  • Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple lines.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures; previous Office Administrative experience required.
  • Must be able to speak English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Previous office clerk experience of at least 2 years.
