We are looking for a self-managed individual to help with the organization and running of the daily business operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company's offices and contributes to driving sustainable growth. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency of our operations and supporting our team members in their daily tasks. The office administrator will be responsible for organizing the office and assisting associates in ways that optimize procedures, ensuring that all office functions are performed effectively and efficiently. The successful candidate will have proven excellence as an office assistant, office administrator, or in another relevant position. They will possess knowledge of Microsoft Office and other office management tools and applications. The office administrator will manage phone calls and correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages, while demonstrating outstanding abilities to communicate in person, in writing, and over the phone. Familiarity with common procedures and basic accounting principles used in the office is also essential. The role requires assisting colleagues whenever necessary, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Knowledge of computer systems

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice-to-haves

  • Customer service experience: 2 years (Preferred)
