About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency of office operations and supporting upper management in their daily activities. The Office Administrator will oversee and coordinate office operations and procedures, ensuring that all administrative functions are performed effectively and efficiently. In this position, you will manage agendas, travel arrangements, and appointments for upper management, ensuring that their schedules are organized and that they are prepared for meetings and events. You will also be responsible for managing phone calls and correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages, which requires excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Additionally, you will create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data, which is essential for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information. The Office Administrator will assist in vendor management and procurement processes, coordinating with suppliers and ensuring that all necessary materials and services are obtained in a timely manner. You will also coordinate training development activities for employees, helping to create and implement training materials that enhance employee skills and knowledge. Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments will be a key part of your role, as well as assisting in event planning and execution to ensure that all company events run smoothly.
