This position plays a crucial role in managing the relationships and correspondence between our customers, operations teams, and independent contractors. The successful candidate will assist the Home Delivery Administration and Operations teams in executing their duties effectively, ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed meticulously. This role is essential for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The responsibilities include receiving and responding to customer and contractor inquiries via phone and email, coordinating with the Central Office for customer relations, and managing the full cycle of the Bill of Lading (BOL) process. The position requires diligent oversight of daily operations, including updating delivery schedules, preparing manifests, and ensuring that all service orders are processed accurately. The candidate will also be responsible for entering notes and additional information into our systems, collaborating with the Warehouse Manager on customer orders, and assisting in the organization of daily routes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing exceptional service.
