Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
  • Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Navigate and utilize multiple software systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Assist in maintaining office organization and efficiency.
  • Handle communication effectively within the team and with customers.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll (preferred).
  • Valid driver's license and eligibility for coverage under the company insurance policy.
  • Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings, including background and MVR checks.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate multiple software systems.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a production shop environment.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software.
