As an Office Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with excellent service and support. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming calls, maintaining accounts payable and receivable processes, and coordinating tasks among team members to optimize operational efficiency. You will also assist in account management activities and handle financial processing, including entering checks into the system and making bank deposits. This position offers a stable work schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with the potential for additional hours as needed.
