This position is for an Office Administrator who will play a crucial role in supporting various teams and ensuring smooth operations within the office environment. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional skills in listening, communication, organization, and multitasking. This person needs to be a highly efficient, organized, resourceful, and reliable individual who can hit the ground running. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining job profiles, providing support to answer phones, and assisting the Credit Team with preliminary information and delivery to outside Prelien organizations. You will utilize online research tools to locate further information for documents that are deemed incomplete, read source documents such as POs and Bids, and enter data in specific data fields. Additionally, you will compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered, handle the analysis of data, develop reports, and proofread and edit documents. You will also provide key partners with project information and support to Sales, Credit, and internal Teams by organizing communication to maintain deliverable schedules. The role requires you to locate and correct data entry errors, adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines, and manage special accounting projects and tasks. Excellent time management and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds. A high attention to detail and a proven ability to follow standard procedures are also requirements. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is necessary. Attendance is essential in this position, and you will be expected to work full-time, Monday to Friday, in a business casual office environment.
