A Successful Coastal Associate in this role will provide our customers with the products they want and the answers they need, by providing Extreme Customer Service. You will shine as our ambassador of cheer and positivity, spreading that throughout the organization. You will meticulously file and organize documents with pinpoint precision and accuracy, supporting our Finance, Purchasing, and Receiving departments with timely processing and follow-up. This role requires you to be the ultimate team player, willing to do anything to help all fellow co-workers without hesitation. We are looking for a well-rounded Administrative Assistant and customer service professional to help shape the future of our company. We work best with versatile people who can learn fast, think on their feet, and can quickly become competent in the way we currently do things so as to help us do them better.

Responsibilities

  • Provide extreme customer service to our clients.
  • Organize and file documents with precision and accuracy.
  • Support Finance, Purchasing, and Receiving departments with timely processing and follow-up.
  • Act as an ambassador of cheer and positivity within the organization.
  • Assist fellow co-workers and be a team player.

Requirements

  • 1 year of administrative experience.
  • 1 year of bookkeeping experience.
  • 1 year of cash handling experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow up and follow through on tasks.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in accounts receivable (preferred).
