About the position

As a part-time Office Administrator at UBS, you will play a crucial role in supporting the branch management team with various administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include managing the branch phone line and front desk, ensuring that clients receive a warm welcome and efficient service. You will assist in resolving client issues, which requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing administrative and risk management guidelines and policies, ensuring compliance and smooth operations within the branch. Your role will also involve assisting with the administrative aspects of licensing and registration for all registered employees, which is vital for maintaining the integrity and professionalism of the team. Working as part of the Wealth Management Americas team, you will contribute to helping high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families achieve their financial goals. This position requires a high level of organization and attention to detail, as you will be the first point of contact for clients entering the office. The ideal candidate will be independent, motivated, and capable of managing complex and evolving situations while maintaining a focus on delivering an exceptional client experience. Flexible part-time hours will be available, allowing you to balance your work with other commitments.
