The Job Processors play a crucial role in assisting assigned sales representatives by managing customer paperwork from the contract signing phase all the way through to the commission stage. This position is vital for ensuring that jobs are prepared for the Director of Operations to schedule installations effectively. Job Processors are also responsible for handling customer interactions and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, which is a cornerstone of our business philosophy. In this role, you will be expected to answer phones and make outbound calls to customers, vendors, and installers. You will also process permits, handle billing, and manage payments. The ideal candidate will be driven, computer savvy, and team-focused, thriving in a fast-paced environment that is subject to constant change.
