The Office Administrator at St. John Lutheran Church provides essential administrative support to the church, which is a part of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America (ELCA). The role also involves preparing reports for congregational meetings, managing petty cash, and overseeing the preparation of requisitions for supplies. The Office Administrator will work closely with the Church Council, ensuring that all administrative needs are met promptly and accurately. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
