Responsibilities

  • Prepare materials, travel logistics, and event management for investor meetings and conferences.
  • Greet relationships and develop strong rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Assist with all administrative and operational tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Oversee office policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate in-office meetings and events, including scheduling and venue booking.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks, including work with PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM systems.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in office management, administrative roles, or corporate event planning, preferably in a financial or professional services firm.
  • Highly professional, organized, and detail-oriented with strong experience in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM software.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to cultivate personal rapport.
  • Positive attitude and a sense of ownership in work and company culture.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
