Additionally, you will reconcile credit card and other expenses for accounting purposes and order office supplies for weekly needs and special events. The position requires working in the office from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, in a friendly and supportive environment that values teamwork and community involvement. Responsibilities

  • Support Senior leadership and other staff members to create a well-run front and back office
  • Use administrative skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook daily
  • Support leadership with calendars and scheduling
  • Create and prepare documents for management signature
  • Make travel arrangements and communicate scheduling
  • Maintain high levels of confidentiality

  • Be well-organized and anticipate team needs

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Experience in scheduling and calendar management
