The Office Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of a small office. Responsibilities

  • Anticipate, meet, and exceed customer needs and expectations.
  • Handle and track customer calls and emails with empathy and compassion.
  • Schedule, prepare for, and support Boards of Directors' Meetings.
  • Track equipment maintenance logs and suggest proactive actions.
  • Keep official meeting minutes and post them to a website.
  • Set up support systems to track project progress.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in Microsoft Office.
  • 3 years of administrative experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently without micromanagement.

Nice-to-haves

  • Working knowledge of construction operations and terminology.
  • Experience in local government office administration.
