About the position

We are looking for a reliable Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at National Financial Group in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will undertake various administrative tasks, ensuring that the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. This role requires a competent individual who can prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will be part of a team that ensures the smooth running of our company's offices and contributes to driving sustainable growth. Your responsibilities will include coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies, managing appointments for upper management, and handling phone calls and correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages. Additionally, you will support agency marketing initiatives through cold calls, emails, and letters to potential clients, maintain records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data, track stocks of office supplies, and place orders when necessary. You will also assist colleagues whenever necessary, making this a dynamic and engaging role.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Manage appointments for upper management
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Support agency marketing initiatives with cold calls, emails, and letters to potential clients
  • Maintain records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science or relevant field preferred
  • Proven experience as an office assistant or relevant role
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year of administrative experience
  • 1 year of Microsoft Office experience
