We are gearing up to implement the Construction Software, Service Titan. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office and ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation. The Office Administrator will manage and maintain accurate records and databases, including filing documents and organizing electronic files. Additionally, the role involves assisting with answering phones and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Providing exceptional customer service, both in-person and over the phone, is crucial to ensure a positive experience for our clients. Utilizing computer literacy skills, the Office Administrator will perform tasks such as data entry, word processing, and email correspondence. Maintaining a high level of organizational skills is essential, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The role also includes performing general administrative duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and binding documents, as well as assisting with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings. Proofreading skills will be necessary to review documents and reports for errors before submission. Furthermore, the Office Administrator will manage and maintain the office's supply inventory and order supplies as needed, while developing and implementing efficient time management strategies to meet deadlines. Confidentiality in all aspects of the job is paramount.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience with phone systems and phone etiquette.
  • Ability to proofread documents and reports for errors.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
