About the position

Caliber Collision is seeking an Office Administrator to join our team in Eugene, OR. This role is essential in ensuring that our front office operations run smoothly and efficiently. The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing support to front office teammates by equipping them with the necessary tools, training, and information to perform their jobs effectively. This includes managing payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for all center associates, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all processes. Additionally, the Office Administrator will maintain Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable accounts, as well as oversee Cash Handling procedures to meet company standards. A key aspect of this role is to deliver a world-class customer experience by ensuring that the center consistently applies all Caliber Standard Operating Procedures through ongoing training and monitoring. In this position, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive work environment and enhancing the overall customer experience. You will be expected to work closely with various teams, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage competing priorities will be crucial in this fast-paced environment. The Office Administrator will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Responsibilities

  • Assist front office teammates with necessary tools, training, and information.
  • Provide accurate and timely payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for all center associates.
  • Maintain Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable accounts.
  • Oversee Cash Handling procedures to company standards.
  • Ensure consistent application of Caliber Standard Operating Procedures through ongoing training and monitoring.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience within a customer-facing environment.
  • 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll (Preferred).
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under the company insurance policy.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate multiple software systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work through competing priorities and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
