The Office Administrator at VKB Homes plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the company, which is a leading home remodeling firm in the Fox Valley Region. This full-time position involves a variety of administrative tasks aimed at enhancing productivity and ensuring smooth communication among teams. The ideal candidate will be organized, motivated, and ready to contribute to the company's family-oriented culture.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in financial reports and tracking of project expenses daily
  • Data entry, typing, scanning, copying, filing, etc.
  • Management of customer lead database
  • Answering phones & greeting walk-in customers
  • Assist the Design Team with inventory management for project materials
  • Coordinate with project management, sales, and design teams on an as-needed basis
  • Miscellaneous cleaning tasks

Requirements

  • Background in Quickbooks, ERP and CRM systems
  • Proven experience in an office support position or similar administrative role
  • Professional with excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
  • Pride in the accuracy of your work
  • Experience in Google Workspace and Quickbooks
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Organization, detail-oriented, and having great time management skills
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, or carry 25-50lbs
