About the position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and providing administrative support to various departments. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong clerical abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain office calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as necessary.
  • Provide clerical support including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Supervise office staff and coordinate tasks to ensure efficient office management.
  • Plan and organize company events, meetings, and other activities as required.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and electronic documents.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline office procedures and improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
  • Strong skills in calendar management, schedule management, and event planning.
  • Familiarity with office management practices and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Previous experience supervising staff is a plus but not mandatory.
