We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing office operations and providing administrative support to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the workplace. This role is crucial in maintaining a smooth workflow and supporting the management team in various tasks. The Office Administrator will be expected to perform a variety of clerical tasks, assist in invoicing customers, and coordinate office activities and operations, which include scheduling appointments for the CEO and General Manager, as well as scheduling customer projects. Customer service is a key component of this role, and the administrator will utilize management software, specifically All Pro Technologies, to manage operations effectively. In addition to clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence, the Office Administrator will be responsible for communicating with internal staff, clients, and vendors in a professional manner. Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary is also part of the job. The administrator will plan and coordinate office events or meetings, supervise office staff, and provide guidance as needed. Front desk reception duties, including answering phones, directing calls, and greeting visitors, will also be part of the daily responsibilities. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a positive work environment.
