Processing orders, shipping and receiving, and performing general office duties such as clerical tasks, filing, and organizing documents will also be part of your responsibilities. As an Office Administrator, you will supervise and support office staff to ensure efficient operation. Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential for handling financial transactions and reporting. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
