About the position

Caliber Collision is seeking an Office Administrator for our Service Center in Queens Village. This role is essential in ensuring that our front office team is equipped with the necessary tools, training, and information to perform their duties effectively. The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing accurate and timely payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for all center associates. Additionally, this position involves maintaining Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable accounts, as well as adhering to cash handling procedures that meet company standards. A key aspect of this role is to deliver a world-class customer experience by ensuring the center consistently applies all Caliber Standard Operating Procedures through ongoing training and monitoring. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and administrative tasks, with a focus on supporting the operational needs of the service center. This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18 to $24, depending on experience. Responsibilities

  • Assist front office teammates with necessary tools, training, and information.
  • Provide accurate and timely payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for all center associates.
  • Maintain Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable accounts.
  • Ensure adherence to cash handling procedures to company standards.
  • Deliver a world-class customer experience by applying Caliber Standard Operating Procedures consistently.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience within a customer-facing environment.
  • 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll (preferred).
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under the company insurance policy.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate multiple software systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work through competing priorities and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
