Responsibilities

  • Assist with client onboarding and provide ongoing support to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring clear and consistent messaging.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance the firm's visibility and client engagement.
  • Organize and promote events, seminars, and other initiatives that align with the firm's objectives.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative role; experience in a legal environment is a plus.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with staff and clients professionally.
