You will also develop and maintain a filing system, update and maintain office policies and procedures, and handle sensitive information in a confidential manner. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be answering and directing phone calls with professionalism and courtesy. Additionally, the Office Administrator will assist in training development for new employees and support human resources functions as needed. Event planning and coordination will also be part of your responsibilities, making this a dynamic role that requires adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
  • Experience in calendar management and schedule coordination
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Previous experience in an administrative role or as a clerk is preferred
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
