About The Position
Sargent is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Scale Operator to join our team. The Scale Operator is responsible for accurately weighing customer trucks as they enter and exit the quarry/plant site. This role serves as the face of our facility, ensuring smooth site operations while maintaining excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include helping customers with site logistics, enforcing site safety rules, accepting payments, answering phone calls, and assisting with fuel tracking.
