About the position

TNR Group is seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and confident Office Administrator/Assistant to join our dynamic team in Costa Mesa. This full-time position offers a supportive environment where you will receive comprehensive training to excel in your role. The Office Administrator will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with trade show promoters, processing incoming orders efficiently and accurately, preparing and managing various documents, and conducting research on upcoming events and opportunities. The role requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently while also being a part of a team. You will be expected to maintain strong follow-up and organizational skills to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
