The Office Administrator will assist the President, HR, and other members of management with day-to-day administrative needs. This role involves a variety of tasks including managing supplies, processing contractor qualification statements, and preparing workspace for new hires. The Office Administrator will also be responsible for organizing work-related events, managing the conference room calendar, and addressing any additional requests from employees.
